You don't need: prior ref experience, to have played football, your own gear, or availability every Saturday

Quick Answers

No problem — most of our refs start with zero experience. Our training clinic covers everything, and you'll shadow experienced refs before working games on your own.
It's youth football — most parents are pretty relaxed. When issues come up, we train you how to handle it, and league staff will always have your back. We don't tolerate ref abuse.
Yes — you tell us which weeks you're available and we schedule accordingly. Some refs work every Saturday, others work 3-4 during the season. Totally flexible.
We start newer refs with our Scout and Gremlins until you're comfortable. Move up when you're ready — no pressure.
All 1st and 2nd year officials earn $45 per game. Your pay will increase beginning in your 3rd year based on your experience level
